- Wash and cut all vegetables...
- Heat a pan in wok.. when it become hot add chopped onion and roast.
- Than add chopped tomato and stir...
- After 2-3 mins add all vegetables.
- Mix well in wok and keep cover it for 10 mins..
- Now add all spices as per your taste. Mix well.
- When all done just add bit drymango and jeggery powder and mix well so that coated almost all chopped vegetables chunks..
- Garnish with chopped fresh coriander leaves and serve with bread(roti and all).
